FEEL MORE confident IN WHO YOU ARE AND HOW YOU MOVE THROUGH change

For the seasons when life is changing, relationships feel complicated, and you’re learning to trust what feels right for you.

THERAPY FOR THE IN-BETWEEN

FIGURING OUT WHAT feels right FOR YOU

Maybe something is changing faster than you expected. A relationship feels different. You’re starting college, becoming a parent, questioning what comes next, or realizing that the way you’ve always handled things isn’t really working for you anymore.

Maybe you’re great at considering everyone else’s feelings but have a harder time making room for your own. You replay conversations, second guess decisions, or wonder whether what you want is actually “okay.”

Therapy gives us a place to slow things down, get curious about what’s happening beneath the surface, and pay attention to what you’re noticing, needing, and maybe already know underneath all the second guessing. Along the way, you can build more trust in yourself and feel more confident making choices that feel right for you.

RELATIONSHIPS

LIFE TRANSITIONS

Even good changes can leave you feeling a little unsteady

WHAT THERAPY CAN LOOK LIKE

THERAPY THAT MAKES ROOM for all of YOU

You don’t have to show up with the right words or know exactly what you want to change. Bring the questions, the uncertainty, the parts that make sense, and the parts that are a little harder to explain.

Therapy with me is conversational and collaborative. I’ll ask questions, notice patterns and connections, offer new perspectives, and get curious about what comes up along the way. My role is to help you hear yourself a little more clearly.

There’s room for the ways you make meaning, too, whether that includes spirituality, intuition, creativity, or something entirely your own.

A woman with long brown hair is sitting on a beige couch holding a white mug, smiling at the camera. She is wearing a dark brown top and striped pajama pants. There is a nightstand with a vase of pink and white lilies and a lamp beside her. Behind her, a window with white blinds shows greenery outside. A framed diploma from Mercer University hangs on the wall.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I NOTICE THINGS.
And ask a lot of questions.

I’m a relationship focused therapist, intuitive and naturally curious person, romcom book lover, and sweet treat enthusiast.

I work with teens, college students, and adults navigating anxiety, relationships, life transitions, self esteem, pregnancy and postpartum, and all the complicated feelings that can come with change.

I bring that same curiosity and intuition into the therapy room. I’m often connecting dots, picking up on patterns, and following the threads that come up along the way.

Therapy with me has room for the deep stuff, the everyday stuff, humor, and whatever you bring with you that day.

CURIOSITY

We can slow down, ask questions, and get curious about what’s happening beneath the surface.

self trust

You already hold important wisdom about yourself. Therapy can help you listen to it more closely.

connection

Our relationships shape us. Therapy can help you better understand your relationships with others and yourself.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT from me

I’ll ask questions without telling you what’s right for you.

I’ll meet you with curiosity and compassion.

I’ll make space for the messy, complicated parts of being human.

YOU MIGHT BE in the right place IF

You replay conversations, second guess your choices, and spend a lot of time wondering what other people are thinking or whether you got something wrong.

Something in your life is changing. Maybe it’s college, a friendship, a relationship, parenthood, or what you thought life would look like, and you’re trying to find your footing.

You’re used to considering everyone else’s feelings and needs, but you’re ready to make more room for your own and get curious about what feels right for you.

START THE CONVERSATION

YOU DON’T HAVE TO KNOW exactly WHERE TO START

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’re not quite sure what you need yet. You’re welcome to come with questions, uncertainty, or simply a sense that something could feel different.
